We will also provide you with a structured career progression which includes registering and supporting you to pursue a diploma programme in health & social care and other specialist courses.
For continuous improvement on the job, we support staff with regular spot checks, supervisions and appraisals. We also have regular team meetings with staff, meetings give us the opportunity to discuss any issues and challenges and to brain storm on issues relating to specific clients/homes welfare.

Why become an apprentice: Apprenticeship provides you an opportunity to engage with an on-the-job training and classroom related instruction under the supervision of a mentor. You will learn the practical and theoretical aspects of whatever profession you chose. At Health Personnel, you can choose from a variety of certificates such as: A certificate in Health and Social Care, business administration, a Health and Social Care diploma, business administration and key skills qualifications in numeracy and literacy. This programme is available to both new and existing staff.
