How to book a Health Personnel Staff |

You can contact one of our Consultants by telephone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on our central telephone number 02088815958 and our Consultant will take all necessary details from you giving his name as a point of contact. We will endeavour to fill your shift as soon as possible and keep you updated all the way. If you require a particular staff to fill your shift, please advice us of their name and we will be happy to assist you in promoting consistency.

Cancellations |

- All changes in assignments, any additional bookings, and any cancellations should be advised by the Client directly to the Agency. Where our Staff cancels a booking, we will keep you informed of the progress we are making towards finding you a replacement as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a planned service, we will contact the service user by telephone giving them as much notice as possible of the cancellation and the reasons why. You can cancel a booking by calling our central number 02088815958 and giving us reasonable notice.

Cover In Case of Sickness |
|
- Where there is a need to replace a staff due to illness, the agency will inform the service user by telephone and reallocate another staff to cover the shift. The agency will also advise the service user of the name of the reallocated staff.
